    yoga for connection

     

    Yoga is often thought of as a way to transcend the body and everyday world, but the yoga I practise and teach is the yoga of connection.

    Becoming closer to our bodies and emotions, allowing them to be just the way they are with radical acceptance for our feelings and ourselves leads to the possibility that we can release those things which no longer serve us.

     

    Yoga will help you feel more comfortable and relaxed in your own body. 

    Postures will ease the aches and pains, improve flexibility, strength and cardio fitness in your body. Breathwork and mindfulness can help you feel more relaxed and able to cope with everyday life, improving your mental fitness.

     

    Connection with others in your local community is also great for overall health and wellbeing.

    Movement and Mindfulness

    for Pregnancy and Birth

    Tuesdays 7:30-8:45pm

    16th April to 7th May

     

    4 week term

    $80 for the term

    $20 casual 

     

    Suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy and designed to strengthen and stabilise your body, reduce stress levels and help you tap into your intuition so you feel relaxed and confident approaching birth and motherhood.

    Designed specifically for your postpartum body, to aid healing, reduce stress and continue in confident motherhood.
